1. WHAT WE COLLECT
  • Newsletter sign-up: your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name, plus a record of your consent.
  • Purchases: your order is handled by our payment provider, [e.g. Stripe / Gumroad / Shopify / Payhip]. They collect your name, email address, billing details and payment information. We receive order details such as your name, email address and what you bought, but we do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Contact: any details you include when you email us.
  • Technical data: this website does not use cookies or analytics tools of its own. Our hosting provider ([hosting provider]) may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and pages requested, for security and operation. 2. HOW WE USE IT
  • to send you the free sample and our newsletter, with your consent;
  • to process your order, provide your download and give you support;
  • to answer your questions and meet our legal, tax and record-keeping duties; and
  • to keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information.

3. EMAIL MARKETING
We only send marketing emails to people who have asked for them. Every marketing email identifies us and has an unsubscribe link, and we will action unsubscribe requests promptly. You can also unsubscribe by emailing [email protected] with Subject: unsubscribe. Our email service provider is [e.g. Mailchimp / MailerLite / Kit / Brevo].

4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our payment provider, email service provider and website host. They may store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States  and Europe. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle information appropriately. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

5. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep newsletter details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep order and tax records for as long as the law requires, which is currently at least seven years for business records in Australia.

6. SECURITY
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to delete it where we are able to. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

8. CHILDREN
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. COMPLAINTS
If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
